Rishi's journey began at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where he pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Mining and Mineral Engineering. He graduated in 2020 with an impressive academic record and a deep understanding of the industry. After completing his education, Rishi joined Vedanta Resources as a Business Analyst for Growth, where he worked closely with senior management on various expansion projects. He was the youngest member of the Chairman-led stints and was responsible for deriving business insights, drafting quasi-business plans, and presenting them precisely. Rishi's excellent performance earned him a place in the Vedanta Leadership Development Program, where he worked on a digitization project to improve workplace safety. Rishi's dedication and hard work led to a successful conversion of his internship into a PPO.
